Nichelle A. Mullins
Founder and Managing Member of NRM² Legal, PLLC
Nichelle A. Mullins is the Founder and Managing Member of NRM² Legal, PLLC. With over 20 years of legal experience, Attorney Mullins served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Oak Health Center, Inc. for eight years.
Prior to accepting the role as the President and CEO, Ms. Mullins served in the capacity of Chief of Compliance and Legal Affairs for the health center where she oversaw all regulatory and licensing issues, the health center’s compliance program, and all legal matters, including legal complaints, HIPAA, and investigations pertaining to the center.
